Philippe Siat

My name is Jean-Philippe Siat, I have been a professional dressage rider for 25 years. I started with Greystoke with whom I won several titles: French champion 4th category in 2002, young riders in 2003, vice-champion of France 2nd category in 2004, and champion of France Pro 2 in 2005.

From 2008 to 2013, I had the opportunity to work with Michel Mouré at the Haras du Loing. It was with Tarski van de Zuuthoeve that I experienced a highlight of my career: we were crowned French Pro Elite champions in 2009, which allowed me to represent France individually at the European Championships in Windsor. During this period, I also had the chance to participate in my first World Cup stages thanks to Greystoke, with whom I won the Coupe de France des Reprises en Musique in 2009.

In 2013, I had the chance to meet Lovesong, a mare who was entrusted to me at the age of 4. Together, we climbed the ladder, from the SHF circuit to the Pro Elite level. In 2017, we were crowned French Pro 2 champions, and in 2019, we joined the French team for the Nations Cup in Geesteren. In 2021, I had the honor of being a reserve for the Tokyo Olympics, a reward for our constant progression.

In 2022, Lovesong and I won the CDI 4* Grand Prix in Madrid and competed in our first CDI 5* in Doha. At the same time, I had the pleasure of competing regularly on the Grand National circuit and at many internationals, where I won several trophies.

I have been based at the Écuries d'Orceval in Essonne since July 2022.

I have been using Sorexil for six years now, using it with Lovesong throughout his high-level career. It provides him with real joint comfort, allowing him at 18 years old today and after many successes to display iron health.
