CSR commitment
LSJ PHARMA has implemented a CSR strategy since 2018.
LSJ PHARMA has set itself 10 CSR action OBJECTIVES to become a more committed and responsible company.
10 Objectives on 4 Themes:
- Governance
- Quality of life at work
- Environment
- Societal impact
In order to take into account the social and environmental issues of our activities and improve our impact, LSJ PHARMA has integrated the CSR strategy into the company's overall strategy .
- implementation of a low-carbon strategy, which respects the Paris Agreements .
Our 10 CSR OBJECTIVES are supported not only by the managers but also by all LSJ PHARMA employees , so that they integrate sustainable development issues into their jobs on a daily basis.
2. Appointment of the CSR manager.
The CSR manager leads LSJ PHARMA's CSR projects, raises awareness and supports other employees in taking CSR issues into account on a daily basis in their jobs.
3. Act in favor of gender equality
To reduce inequalities, several actions are being carried out:
- Transparency on remuneration.
- Implementation of a grid to evaluate employee performance.
- Extension of paternity leave.

4. Train employees in the right to disconnect
and act for a better work-life balance.
The balance between professional and personal life can sometimes be difficult for employees to find. At a time when our employees are increasingly connected, the right to disconnect is a major issue, especially with the generalization and increase of teleworking.
5. Promote sport in LSJ PHARMA.
Playing sports is excellent for staying healthy. However, it is sometimes difficult to dedicate time to regular physical and sports practice. This is why the company can play a role in facilitating the practice of sports for its teams.

6. Encourage soft mobility
Transportation remains one of the main sources of GHG emissions for businesses.
